Key Responsibilities

  • •Promote student success by implementing a comprehensive school counseling program covering academic, social-emotional, and college/career planning needs.
  • •Meet quarterly with students on caseload to review graduation plans and post-secondary options, including college and career readiness support.
  • •Deliver classroom instruction and provide short-term counseling and referrals for long-term support as needed.
  • •Review transcripts and academic documentation, support course placement (including AP and pathways), and collaborate with teaching staff on four-year graduation plans.
  • •Analyze student data to develop data-driven intervention action plans and support standardized testing, parent education, and staff development.
Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 52,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Active school counselor certificate and school counselor license.
  • •Bachelor's degree.
  • •Three (3) years of experience in counseling and/or advisement.
  • •Master’s degree in school counseling.
  • •Ability to clear required background check and use Microsoft Office Suite, web-based search engines, and database systems.
