Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead development of custom system solutions, tools, and dashboards powering R&D operations and data/process alignment across the feature development lifecycle.
  • •Design, develop, and maintain bidirectional integrations between platforms like Jira, Zendesk, and Salesforce to streamline the R&D and feature development lifecycle.
  • •Create and maintain ground-up custom AI agents and internal tools to provide relevant data, draft technical requirements, synthesize feedback, and support OKR-driven operational efficiency.
  • •Design and build production-grade backend services and integration workflows in Python and TypeScript.
  • •Ensure reliability and production readiness by defining API contracts and data models with attention to reliability/idempotency/security, and owning observability and operational support.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of software industry experience, designing and developing reusable libraries and experimentation platforms for backend and frontend.
  • •Develop integrations using APIs (REST/GraphQL) and webhooks with modern languages (Python, Java), plus deploy using modern CI/CD and observability practices.
  • •Strong SQL skills and experience with cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift) and BI/data visualization tools (Sigma, Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI).
  • •Experience building and deploying AI/ML-powered utilities or agents using LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Claude) to automate code writing, documentation, or prototypes.
  • •Hands-on experience administering and customizing enterprise systems such as Jira, Slack, Zendesk, Salesforce, and Aha!.
