Coating Machine Operator

Operate and set up coating (compounding flex) production equipment in Building 7, including loading raw materials, unloading finished goods, and programming production sequences. Monitor gauges, temperatures, pressures, and perform routine quality checks to meet strict specifications. Handle changeovers, minor repairs, and troubleshooting by identifying root causes. Ensure full compliance with health/safety SOPs and maintain a clean workstation while partnering with the team to improve productivity and eliminate waste.
