Oversee surveillance and compliance activities for stock-broking operations, including monitoring and closing regulatory, internal, and PMLA alerts in line with SEBI and exchange rules. Conduct client screening against sanction lists, manage AML and KYC policies, and coordinate offsite regulator/exchange inspections. Prepare quarterly MIS surveillance reports, implement policy and control changes, and draft SOPs to support regulatory submissions and internal governance.
