Key Responsibilities

  • •Process meat products for consumers as a General Production team member.
  • •Use hand tools, knives (if trained), machinery, and other equipment to complete production tasks.
  • •Maintain a safe and efficient production line and help create a positive work environment.
  • •Support coworkers and follow safety procedures while working with PPE in noisy, wet/humid environments.
  • •Perform essential duties through the scheduled shift and be available for overtime when production demands require it.

Key Requirements

  • •Be at least 18 years of age.
  • •Be able to understand and follow oral and written instructions.
  • •Perform continuous/repetitive movement tasks requiring hand coordination and attention to detail.
  • •Stand on concrete/platforms for up to a 12-hour shift and work as scheduled (overtime may be required).
  • •Be willing to work around animal blood/carcass parts and follow required PPE and safety practices (hard hat, hearing/eye protection, steel-toed safety shoes).
