Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage assigned customer accounts and act as the primary point of contact for customer interactions.
  • •Build customer relationships to support retention, growth, and long-term partnership opportunities.
  • •Oversee service technicians supporting customer accounts and ensure effective service execution.
  • •Identify opportunities to expand services and drive account growth through indirect upselling initiatives.
  • •Provide technical guidance on chemical applications, water treatment programs, and process treatment solutions while ensuring safety, environmental, and quality compliance at customer locations.

Key Requirements

  • •Technical Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • •Minimum 7 years of directly related experience supporting SAGD/Thermal operations, water treatment, process treatment, or upstream chemical applications.
  • •Strong technical understanding of chemical treatment programs and production optimization solutions.
  • •Strong customer relationship management and account management skills.
  • •Ability to solve complex operational and technical challenges with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
