Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain detailed construction programs and the Master Schedule.
  • •Integrate scheduling with reporting and broader project controls functions.
  • •Coordinate with stakeholders across planning, pre-construction, construction, and commissioning phases.
  • •Monitor, analyse, and report on schedule performance, progress, and forecasts.
  • •Perform schedule quality checks, critical path analysis, and delay/forensic reviews; present insights via dashboards and summary reports.

Key Requirements

  • •Australian Citizenship and the ability to obtain (or currently hold) an Australian Security Clearance, or be a UK citizen with current Security Clearance.
  • •Willingness to be located in Adelaide.
  • •Proven experience as a Project Planner, Scheduler, or Schedule Manager on major infrastructure projects (e.g., rail, utilities, aviation, civil, ports, transport).
  • •Strong proficiency in Primavera P6, with exposure to Safran, Acumen Fuse, Primavera Risk, and Power BI.
  • •Experience working in both consultancy and client-side environments.
