Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee the maintenance team, providing guidance and support to ensure adherence to maintenance schedules and standards.
  • •Develop and implement maintenance plans, schedules, and workflows to minimize downtime and optimize maintenance activities.
  • •Allocate manpower, materials, and equipment to meet maintenance objectives while managing costs and productivity.
  • •Lead safety by example, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, conducting safety inspections, and implementing corrective actions.
  • •Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities, maintain maintenance records and reports, and liaise with vendors and contractors for repairs and spare parts.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years working experience, with 3 years relevant experience; GCC experience is a plus.
  • •In-depth knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or other relevant technical systems with hands-on troubleshooting and repair experience.
  • •Strong leadership to supervise and motivate maintenance teams, delegate tasks, and foster collaboration and accountability.
  • •Ability to plan and organize maintenance activities (scheduling, resource allocation, prioritization) to complete tasks efficiently.
  • •ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills, plus proficiency in maintenance procedures and maintaining accurate service reports, logs, and inventory records.
