Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead company-wide OKR planning, tracking, and quarterly review cycles.
  • •Design and implement scalable people processes to improve organizational effectiveness.
  • •Analyze people, performance, and operational data; identify trends, measure outcomes, and recommend improvements.
  • •Build dashboards and reports that provide meaningful insights into organizational performance, and define requirements for HR systems and reporting tools.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • •Experience in People Operations, People Analytics, Organizational Effectiveness, HR Strategy, Business Operations, Management Consulting, or a related field.
  • •Strong analytical skills to interpret data and translate insights into action.
  • •Experience designing or improving performance management frameworks, OKRs, or organizational processes.
  • •Strong project management and communication skills to manage multiple initiatives and stakeholders.
