Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a team of around 12 fraud investigators, managing their day-to-day performance and wellbeing with empathy and transparency.
  • •Analyse, report, and act on performance and absence trends; deliver timely feedback and support, including formal performance and absence processes where necessary.
  • •Maintain documentation, review complaints and quality assurance failures, and identify improvement opportunities.
  • •Support hiring across the fraud domain and contribute insights back into the wider fraud domain.
  • •Ensure service levels are on track by feeding back to Workforce Management and minimising breaches and risk events.
