Key Responsibilities

  • •Administer VMSC’s Samsara fleet camera/telematics program, including triaging dash-cam video and safety events and managing devices and profiles.
  • •Perform incident investigation and root cause analysis (e.g., 5 Whys, fishbone/Ishikawa, timeline reconstruction) and develop CAPA plans with tracking and reporting.
  • •Maintain occupational health and responder safety compliance with OSHA and applicable Pennsylvania/Philadelphia/Delaware requirements, including safety policies, inspections, and OSHA 300 logs.
  • •Administer infection control and exposure/clinical program safety, including bloodborne pathogens, PPE, sharps handling, decontamination, and exposure follow-up.
  • •Oversee safety and risk controls across mobile integrated healthcare, interfacility transport, training/special operations, and enterprise risk/insurance/regulatory compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Certified Safety Professional (CSP) credential or a degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Safety Management, or a closely related field.
  • •3+ years of experience in EMS, fire, public safety, fleet, or occupational safety with safety/risk-management responsibilities.
  • •Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and bloodborne-pathogen standards, plus EMS safety best practices (PA/Philadelphia/Delaware knowledge is a plus).
  • •Hands-on experience with, or ability to quickly master, fleet telematics and camera platforms; Samsara experience strongly preferred.
  • •Valid driver’s license with a clean record and ability to travel regularly among VMSC sites in PA, Philadelphia, and Wilmington, DE.
