Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and maintain the seasonal GTM master calendar, defining stage gates, milestones, and supporting tasks.
  • •Integrate inputs from Merchandising, Marketing, Commercial, Product, Sourcing, and Sample Management to build a realistic, feasible calendar.
  • •Identify seasonal overlaps, workload peaks, and cross-functional bottlenecks; drive alignment and trade-off decisions.
  • •Define stakeholder sequencing and participation levels; schedule and facilitate stage-gate meetings with clear decisions and next steps.
  • •Ensure deliverable ownership and accountability; continuously improve calendar governance, processes, tools, reporting, and dashboards and represent the process in leadership forums.

Key Requirements

  • •5-7 years of relevant industry experience.
  • •Proven experience in sportswear, apparel, footwear, or lifestyle brands within international, consumer-driven organizations.
  • •Strong understanding of merchandising, product creation, sourcing, design, marketing, and commercial processes.
