Key Responsibilities

  • •Administer and optimize Marketo and related marketing technologies to support reliable, scalable campaign execution.
  • •Maintain, monitor, and optimize integrations between Marketo and connected systems, including Salesforce and other marketing technologies.
  • •Lead onboarding of new technologies and integrations, covering security reviews, configuration, testing, deployment, documentation, and ongoing support.
  • •Increase efficiency through project management enhancements and change management processes.
  • •Improve data quality, compliance, segmentation, and customer experience; perform QA of Marketo campaigns and drive standardization efforts with clear documentation.
