Senior Manager, SG&A Controlling

Lead SG&A controlling for three brands, building and managing a regional team that drives financial excellence across personnel and non-personnel expenses. Partner with Regional Finance leadership and Workforce Planning to ensure accurate FTE/HC reporting and robust intercompany invoicing, standardize governing financial policies, and translate cost trends into actionable insights. Build complex financial models and modernize reporting through automation, scalable dashboards, and reliable visibility for executive decision-making.
