Key Responsibilities

  • •Support development of comprehensive project estimates, including construction, fees, direct work, and associated costs.
  • •Engage with vendors to review, validate, and challenge cost inputs using benchmark data.
  • •Assist with capital planning strategies, cost reporting schedules, and presentation of forecasts to clients.
  • •Support procurement activities (vendor prequalification, bid evaluation, bid interviews, and vendor selection recommendations).
  • •Assess payment applications, review change order requests, and help manage end-to-end invoicing and financial close activities.

Key Requirements
