Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare the annual budget and oversee periodic financial forecasting on a stand-alone entity basis.
  • •Drive continuous improvement to finance systems and cross-functional processes to align with strategic initiatives.
  • •Create models to analyze KPIs across K-Star business lines and support evolving business needs.
  • •Collaborate with Securities and Direct Lending teams to collect and reconcile servicing fee revenue using tools such as Hazeltree and RealINSIGHT.
  • •Produce monthly/quarterly reports, assist with quarterly financial overviews, and manage reporting slide decks and ad hoc projects.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or equivalent experience; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • •Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role within multinational financial services, ideally with exposure to real estate, servicing and/or asset management.
  • •Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills, including building/enhancing models and financial tools.
  • •Understanding of accounting and finance business processes.
  • •Excellent organization and communication skills with strong attention to detail and proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (Knowledge S4Hana preferred).
