Key Responsibilities

•Gather relevant problem information, analyze using defined means, and collect additional diagnostic details if needed under supervision.
•Handover problems or problem aspects to experienced 1st-line team members and document all data relevant to the issue.
•Perform repairs by using tools, replacing parts, and improving settings per guidance provided by experienced team members.
•Coordinate procedures with customer machine time windows, ensuring required parts, tools, equipment, and knowledge are available at the start.
•Provide training/advice to users on corrective actions and recommend changes to user procedures when needed.

Key Requirements

•BS degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., Electrical Technology, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering) or equivalent experience.
•Ability to gather and analyze information relevant to equipment problems using defined means.
•Ability to execute an initial problem-solving approach under close guidance from others.
•Willingness to follow procedures and perform repairs using tools, replace parts, and improve settings per guidance.
•Ability to explain appropriate actions to users for malfunctions and routine equipment maintenance.
