Job Summary

Lead a hands-on team responsible for AI product delivery and customer adoption. Partner with Customer Success to provide reliable deployment and data foundations, and work cross-functionally with AI Forward Deployed Engineering, Product, and Engineering. Own an end-to-end data and integration evaluation program, set quality/release standards, and drive throughput across planning, deployment, maintenance, and performance analytics while scaling the team’s operating cadence.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive adoption of Zip’s AI solutions across the customer base in partnership with Customer Success.
•Own end-to-end data and integration partner evaluation (coverage, reliability, accuracy) and ongoing partner quality once live.
•Ensure quality and reliability of platform capabilities by setting standards, testing processes, and release requirements.
•Grow and lead the team by scaling capacity and establishing structure, performance standards, and operating cadence.
•Own throughput across the delivery pipeline and develop internal tools/automation to reduce repetitive QA, support, and reporting work.

Key Requirements

•Track record of owning an operational function with accountability for adoption, quality, and throughput, measured on outcomes rather than activity.
•Experience growing and scaling a delivery team through systems, process, and coaching to lift output quality as the team expands.
•Enough technical fluency to judge AI quality, read an LLM evaluation framework, and assess a data partner’s coverage and accuracy.
•Strong commercial judgment to own partner evaluations and make go/no-go decisions balancing quality, cost, and strategic value.
•Sharp prioritization under competing demands, with communication discipline to surface risk to leadership early.
