Job Summary

Lead the strategic and day-to-day management of company facilities across South Africa to ensure offices and workplaces are safe, compliant, efficient, and aligned with business goals. Oversee maintenance (preventative and reactive), vendor and contract management, workplace planning and space utilization, security and physical security systems, health & safety compliance, sustainability initiatives, and capital improvement projects. Provide reports and recommendations to senior leadership while delivering an exceptional workplace experience.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and implement facilities management strategies, policies, and procedures for all office locations across South Africa.
•Oversee maintenance programs, including planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance, and monitor facility performance.
•Source, evaluate, negotiate, and manage contracts and service providers, including conducting vendor performance reviews and ensuring SLA compliance.
•Ensure health, safety, and compliance with South African occupational health and safety legislation, including inspections, audits, incident investigations, and corrective actions.
•Manage workplace and property needs (space utilization, planning, parking allocation, fit-outs/relocations) as well as budgets, security systems, sustainability initiatives, and capital improvement projects.
