Key Responsibilities

  • •Translate retail partner briefs, commercial opportunities, and account strategies into footwear concepts and product variations.
  • •Design sportstyle footwear with a strong focus on color & materials for the SMU and key account business.
  • •Create concepts including colorways, renderings, material maps, Tech Packs, and account presentations.
  • •Develop seasonal design proposals and account-specific storytelling based on relevant color, material, and finish trends.
  • •Collaborate with Product Management and development teams, review prototypes/samples, and deliver projects aligned to the development calendar and account milestones.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 3-4 years of work experience in footwear design, color & materials design, or a related role within the sportswear/footwear/lifestyle industry.
  • •Strong knowledge of the sport lifestyle industry, fabrics, and new industry technologies.
  • •Experience creating commercial footwear products and account-specific executions in the sportstyle or lifestyle market.
  • •Strong design talent with an excellent eye for color, materials, trends, and consumer-relevant storytelling.
  • •Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (digital or 3D design tools are a plus), plus very good verbal and written English skills.
