Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete supplier request for quotations (RFQs).
  • •Work with suppliers on obsolescence compliance and training and prepare supplier profiles for management.
  • •Perform part analytics to assign parts to the proper commodity family and support cost-reduction opportunities.
  • •Execute Buyer functions including creating, re-scheduling, and cancelling purchase orders (POs) per MRP and call suppliers for material status updates to expedite shipments.
  • •Resolve accounts payable issues related to PO invoice and receipt discrepancies and provide material delivery updates to factory stakeholders and leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •Pursue a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related major.
  • •In good academic standing with a preferred GPA of 3.0 or above on a 4.0 scale.
  • •Problem-solve creatively and analytically.
  • •Demonstrate commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
  • •Strong listening, writing, quantitative/qualitative, and oral communication skills, including data analytics skills (e.g., advanced Excel, working with multiple data sets).
