Key Responsibilities

  • •Pick, pack, and ship outbound Vision and Trios kits to standard cycle times; execute ITX and Conversion replacement orders and day-of accessory/consumable orders.
  • •Inspect outbound kits against configuration-specific SOPs and perform Computer QC/imaging; QC returned scanners and route them appropriately.
  • •Inspect returned assets to determine the correct path, including executing Wrap Fix for returned scanners and laptops.
  • •Receive inbound purchase orders, route inventory to correct locations, restock pick locations, perform cycle counts, and execute inventory adjustments while flagging discrepancies.
  • •Identify fulfillment inefficiencies and contribute ideas/pilots to improve safety, speed, and accuracy; update SOPs based on floor observations. Communicate between prep and live fulfillment workflows.
