Key Responsibilities

  • •Facilitate groups, arts and crafts, and recreational activities to enhance the member experience and encourage connection.
  • •Welcome members to the clinic, manage communications via phone and email, and help with scheduling and member record updates.
  • •Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team (psychiatrists, therapists, dietitians, and primary care providers) to share observations and support coordinated care.
  • •Identify members’ ongoing needs and connect them with community resources and supports that promote wellness.
  • •Contribute to clinic growth projects and participate in training and supervision to build skills in mental health support and member engagement.

Key Requirements

  • •Enrolled or recently graduated in a degree program related to mental health (e.g., pre-med, psychology, social work, or nursing).
  • •Interest in mental health and a desire to support members with severe mental illness.
  • •Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • •Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in one-on-one and group settings.
  • •Basic computer skills and experience planning and designing events and activities are preferred.
