Job Summary

Maintain and repair a variety of rental and customer small equipment and tools, performing preventative maintenance and diagnosing issues quickly using the company’s T3 technology and work-order system. Split time across shop, yard, and delivery support as needed, keeping documentation up to date and ordering parts. Work Monday–Friday with overtime and on-call scheduling, plus OEM training and access to diagnostic tools.

Key Responsibilities

•Practice safe job practices for repairing equipment.
•Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on rental and customer equipment and tools under supervision of higher-tier technicians.
•Use technology and real-time information to diagnose issues and determine root cause and corrective actions.
•Maintain daily paperwork/electronic documentation (work orders) and track service intervals.
•Assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment and parts.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 23 - 25 hourly
