Use a consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles, identify needs, and recommend retail consumer and small business solutions. Proactively reach out using approved marketing tools, cross-sell existing customers, and support outside sales activities. Collaborate with business partners (Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial, Investment) and manage referrals while meeting customer experience and production goals, including teller transaction processing and platform staff support.
