Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead digital production and coordinated design delivery across all design stages on large multidisciplinary projects.
  • •Define and implement BEPs and information management strategies aligned with ISO 19650 and client requirements.
  • •Manage multidisciplinary design interfaces and coordinate federated models for multi-disciplinary reviews and presentations.
  • •Lead BIM/technical peer reviews aligned with the QMS system and perform CAD quality assurance checks.
  • •Provide team leadership and people management, including capability building, performance reviews, inductions, and resource management.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong experience working on metro schemes and station design.
  • •Track record delivering designs from concept/preliminary stage through tender/reference design to support contractor procurement.
  • •Ability to pro-actively manage requirements and risks and influence others to deliver successfully.
  • •Excellent interpersonal skills and proven leadership communicating effectively with project teams, stakeholders, and clients.
  • •Significant experience with team management responsibilities including line management and day-to-day operations.
