•Consolidate quotations for events and provide transparency to the Events Team.
•Elaborate budgets, tracking, and reports to maintain real-time financial clarity.
•Manage contracts signature process for event vendors.
•Oversee invoicing and payment processing for international events.
•Perform multi-currency and multi-company reconciliations and post-event reports.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
•5+ years of experience in accounting of Events, Travel, or Hospitality industry.
•Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) and PowerPoint.
•Fluent in English and Spanish; Italian is a plus.
•Strong negotiation and vendor quotation skills; high attention to detail.
