Key Responsibilities

  • •Respond to customer product inquiries via telephone or written/email
  • •Resolve customer concerns during installation, operation, maintenance or product application/compatibility matters
  • •Provide interpersonal and product knowledge to support daily customer-centric activities
  • •Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and recommend corrective actions
  • •Document customer communications and recurring technical issues to support product quality and development

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years hands-on experience with networking protocols and technologies (AAA/TACACS, ACL, ARP, BGP, DHCP, Ethernet, IPv4/IPv6, OSPF, NAT, MPLS, LLDP, VLAN, VRF)
  • •strong troubleshooting abilities in dynamic customer environments
  • •excellent written and verbal communication skills and collaborative approach
  • •familiarity with Linux; programming/scripting knowledge (C++, Java, Python, Perl, JavaScript, shell) is a plus
  • •MS in a technical field; industry certifications preferred; prior TAC experience preferred
