Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the full enterprise sales cycle (outbound, discovery, technical demo, evaluation, close) with support from a Value Engineer.
  • •Manage and grow a pipeline of enterprise accounts, driving quarterly ACV targets and land-and-expand outcomes.
  • •Lead technical sales conversations around agent and RAG architectures, retrieval, evaluation, and pipeline orchestration, and answer security/compliance questions.
  • •Build relationships across technical and economic stakeholders, translating technical wins into business cases for CFOs and procurement.
  • •Negotiate enterprise contracts (security reviews, DPAs, custom MSAs) while maintaining deal velocity and contribute to the enterprise GTM motion.

Key Requirements

  • •You can run a Haystack pipeline well enough to establish credibility in the first conversation.
  • •You’ve closed enterprise software deals above €100K ACV and can advance deals without damaging relationships.
  • •You can discuss AI architecture with senior AI engineers and ROI with CFOs within the same week.
  • •You’ve operated in a Series A/B environment and can use ambiguity to your advantage.
  • •You have experience in one or more areas such as developer tooling, data infrastructure, or AI/ML platforms, or related enterprise security reviews (nice to have).
