Key Responsibilities

  • •Inspect samples of extruded aluminum to diagnose dimensional inaccuracies, flow inconsistencies, and surface defects.
  • •Use precision measuring instruments to read and interpret results and verify die dimensions against design specifications.
  • •Correct and polish die components and perform repairs or modifications to restore dies to specifications.
