Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain deep understanding of assigned clients, their business models and strategic priorities, and create actionable coverage plans with revenue and risk objectives.
  • •Drive profitable growth through disciplined origination and cross-sell, collaborating with product partners across banking, markets, and securities services.
  • •Lead senior-level client dialogues and coordinate meeting preparation, follow-ups, and delivery against agreed actions.
  • •Identify opportunities and perform client/problem analysis to prepare tailored proposals, pitches, and presentations.
  • •Monitor client performance, returns, pipeline, and deal economics while supporting revenue, wallet share, and client satisfaction targets within cost awareness and risk controls.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven relevant experience in institutional client coverage, corporate banking, markets, or related financial services roles in Singapore and/or the region.
  • •Strong market and client knowledge of the Singapore financial sector, institutional client landscape, and relevant regulatory environment.
  • •Working knowledge across banking, markets, and/or securities services products, translating product capability into client value propositions.
  • •Demonstrated understanding of credit risk fundamentals, financial crime risk, and KYC/CDD requirements, with strong risk judgment and escalation discipline.
  • •Proven ability to build trust with and influence senior stakeholders, communicating clearly and confidently in presentations and negotiations.
