Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement site Lean and Six Sigma strategy in partnership with leadership.
  • •Define and execute the Continuous Improvement Framework (CIF) roadmap, including actions, training, and Rapid Improvement Events (RIEs).
  • •Conduct Eaton Continuous Improvement System (ECIS) assessments to identify gaps, prioritize actions, and close performance issues.
  • •Provide Lean and Six Sigma support to drive short- and long-term business improvements using Lean tools to eliminate waste and improve KPIs.
  • •Coordinate continuous improvement governance and capability building (training, mentoring, Kaizen events, Six Sigma projects, and tool deployment/benchmarking).

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • •Preferably 5+ years of experience, including at least 3 years hands-on experience in operational excellence, quality, continuous improvement, Lean, or Six Sigma.
  • •Minimum 3 years of related experience applying Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • •Experience implementing Lean in low volume, high mix environments.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and capability to use Lean/Six Sigma tools and statistical methods (e.g., PowerPoint, Visio, Minitab or equivalent).
