Key Responsibilities

•Lead S&OP management for TikTok Shipping to generate volume forecasts across short-, mid-, and long-term horizons using historical data, targets, promotions, and market trends.
•Communicate forecast outputs to internal and external stakeholders to support workforce, transportation, and resource planning, and incorporate feedback to improve forecast quality.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams (network planning, warehouse/merchant operations, and campaign teams) to align capacity, warehouse plans, penetration targets, and promotional schedules.
•Partner with upstream teams and work with product/algorithm teams to improve forecast inputs and optimize forecasting models, logic, and parameters for accuracy.
•Monitor forecast accuracy, conduct variance analysis, drive continuous improvement, and develop contingency plans for significant gaps between forecast and actual performance.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above in Supply Chain, Logistics, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
•Strong analytical skills with common data analysis tools; SQL capability is preferred.
•At least 3 years of experience in production planning, demand planning, supply planning, S&OP, or supply chain operations.
•Familiarity with e-commerce supply chain and international warehousing or overseas local logistics.
•Data-driven problem-solving with an innovative mindset to adjust forecasting strategies and resolve execution issues quickly.
