Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate, review, and approve electrical design plans, ensuring compliance with all applicable codes, ordinances, and regulations.
  • •Apply advanced electrical engineering techniques across all project phases, including concept development, preliminary and final design, procurement, construction, and operations.
  • •Plan and incorporate future‑ready design strategies that address safety, functionality, resiliency, and long‑term performance of building systems.
  • •Participate from project inception through completion, supporting the management of electrical design and construction activities.
  • •Oversee and mentor cross‑functional engineering teams on mid‑ to large‑scale projects, including budgets, schedules, resource planning, quality control, and technical execution.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Architectural Engineering.
  • •10+ years of relevant post‑education experience as an Electrical Engineer.
  • •Extensive knowledge of electrical design for building projects, particularly within education and institutional, industrial or commercial sectors, including experience with DSA‑regulated projects.
  • •Strong understanding of applicable electrical codes, standards, and regulations.
  • •Experience with electrical planning, design, and construction management across renovation and new‑build projects.
