Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management processes to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink
  • •Investigate and root-cause inventory accuracy issues, partnering with the General/Store Manager to escalate process or system gaps
  • •Support store operational functions including shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, and intra-day replenishment
  • •Maintain and champion strong visual standards for the sales floor and execute visual merchandising placement and daily replenishment
  • •Move dynamically on the sales floor and back of house to assess and fulfill business, team, and guest needs while supporting safe operations

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of work experience in a client-centric, sales and operational environment
  • •Ability to stand and move for an entire shift and perform constant movement in and around the store
