Senior Field Service Technician

Work on electronic security systems for customer sites in Katherine. Engage with customers to understand security requirements and propose tailored solutions covering Electronic Access Control Systems (EACS), CCTV, and alarm systems. Collaborate with the Field Service Supervisor to ensure customer satisfaction. Provide product expertise for purchasing decisions, then service, maintain, configure, and troubleshoot Honeywell and third-party equipment as needed.
