Key Responsibilities

  • •Write and distribute press releases, media kits, and pitch stories; coordinate press conferences and media interviews with a PR agency.
  • •Monitor media coverage and track PR metrics (impressions, sentiment, share of voice) to analyze campaign effectiveness and provide insights.
  • •Support event strategy and direction to enrich the event’s value proposition and improve customer experience via feedback collection and incorporation.
  • •Support monitoring of side-event P&L, and liaise with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Procurement to align conference/seminar elements.
  • •Build relationships with key buyers and associations, feed market insights into event strategy, and develop buyer data aligned to event KPIs.
