Key Responsibilities

  • •Review and follow up on inbound requests from existing outreach campaigns.
  • •Use deep prospecting techniques to outreach patients in a personalized way and place 150–200 outbound calls per day.
  • •Communicate with patients and caregivers to build trust and encourage appointment scheduling.
  • •Educate patients on the importance and benefits of receiving ordered at-home services and partner care models.
  • •Collaborate with other representatives and healthcare professionals; escalate questions and concerns to other teams when needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Ability to work eastern time (EDT).
  • •At least 2 years of outbound call center experience, including at least 1 year in the healthcare industry.
  • •Proficiency using electronic health record (EHR) systems and other healthcare software.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills for explaining information to customers.
  • •Experience managing multiple communication channels (phone, email, chat); Zendesk and Five9 experience is preferred.
