Own authoritative GTM process architecture for sales and customer success workflows, defining how leads move from routing through opportunity progression, pipeline hygiene, and handoff. Map current and future lead-to-close journeys, identify friction and automation opportunities, and maintain an improvement roadmap tied to seller productivity. Partner with product, engineering, BI, and enablement to deliver implementation-ready workflow specs, KPIs, and workflow-health reviews that drive adoption and reduce admin burden.

Key Responsibilities

•Design core sales workflows including lead routing, opportunity progression, pipeline hygiene, activity capture, and Sales-to-Customer Success handoff.
•Map the current lead-to-close journey, identify friction points and redundant/manual steps, and define automation opportunities.
•Create future-state process blueprints (swim-lane diagrams, decision trees, exception paths, field-level data standards) ready for implementation.
•Maintain a prioritized process improvement roadmap sequenced by seller impact and implementation feasibility; triage process-change requests from Sales, CS, and Enablement.
•Define workflow KPIs and leading indicators, run workflow-health reviews with field teams, and partner with Product/Engineering for adoption and process launches.

Key Requirements

•5–8 years in revenue operations or sales operations with process and systems design experience in a SaaS or technology company.
•Experience designing GTM workflows that shipped, were adopted, and had measurable outcomes.
•Working knowledge of Salesforce architecture (objects, relationships, record types, flows, automation logic) sufficient to design for the platform.
•Ability to translate process designs into business requirements CRM admins, product, and engineers can implement.
•Comfort with SQL or BI tools (Tableau, Looker) to validate workflow data quality and measure adoption.
