Job Summary

Lead supply finance activities that keep the supply chain financially robust and efficient, from BOM costing and month-end accruals to journal analysis and SAP posting. Own cost studies for new products, analyze production variances, and run Plan/Forecast cycles (FC1–FC3) with data uploaded to SAC/Fusion. Prepare financial reports and scorecards, support stakeholder submissions, and partner closely with the Tuas Finance Controller and business teams.

•Perform BOM costing for plan and new SKUs and lead the month-end process for assigned responsibilities.
•Perform month-end accruals for Tuas-related expenses and analyze/post routine and non-routine journals in SAP.
•Analyze month-end production variances and provide explanations.
•Lead cost studies for new products and manage alignment among departments.
•Prepare financial reports (including financial scorecard), forecast/variance explanations, and support global/regional submissions; support Tuas Finance Controller and business finance needs.

Key Requirements

•Degree in Finance or Accounting, preferably Cost Accounting, or an ACCA qualification.
•Minimum 5 years of experience in the manufacturing industry or audit experience of manufacturing companies.
•SAP experience (preferred).
•Business analysis experience with competency in cost analysis, Excel, and PowerPoint.
•Ability to work under minimal supervision and collaborate effectively in a diverse team.
