Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure guest satisfaction during service in your assigned area at some point during each shift.
  • •Prepare the restaurant before service and stay informed on daily specials, menu items, and wines of the week.
  • •Attend daily team briefings covering bookings, VIPs, allergies, specials, and other operational details.
  • •Provide attentive service throughout meal periods; coordinate with servers and culinary colleagues to meet guest needs.
  • •Handle end-shift cashiering, assist with inventories and cleaning/deep-cleaning, and support private dining delivery and F&B budget/special events.

  • •Provide outstanding guest relations and maintain a professional attitude with guests and all departments.
