Job Summary

Implement and configure Collibra for enterprise data governance, supporting data cataloging, stewardship, stewardship assignments, certification workflows, and policy-driven governance controls. Enable technical and business lineage visibility, metadata curation/enrichment, and data classification/tagging aligned to governance policies. Partner with data stewards and governance stakeholders to capture requirements, build workflows, and drive user onboarding and adoption. Support Collibra integrations with upstream/downstream systems and provide operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities

•Configure and support Collibra Data Catalog capabilities, including data assets, domains, communities, and operating models.
•Implement business glossaries, stewardship assignments, and certification workflows to establish trust in enterprise data assets.
•Configure and manage Collibra workflows to support governance, stewardship, and approval processes.
•Enable lineage, classification/tagging, and policy linkage/governance controls within Collibra for compliance and auditability.
•Partner with data stewards and governance stakeholders to capture requirements, translate them into Collibra configurations, support onboarding/adoption, and assist with Collibra integrations and operational improvements.

Key Requirements

•7+ years of experience with Collibra as a data governance and data catalog platform.
•Practical experience with business glossaries and stewardship models, data cataloging and asset certification, governance workflows, and metadata/lineage concepts.
•Experience supporting enterprise-scale data governance programs.
•Familiarity with adjacent governance or catalog tools such as Alation (plus).
•Working knowledge of SQL and general data platform concepts, plus exposure to cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
