Build trusted relationships with consumer and business customers through proactive outreach and support across in-person, by-appointment, and virtual channels. Assess customer banking needs, educate clients on deposit/loan and digital self-service products, and recommend solutions aligned to goals. Process basic transactions, open new accounts, complete service requests, and submit credit applications while partnering with branch team members to deliver an excellent client experience using operational accuracy.
