Key Responsibilities

  • •Process payroll across multiple payroll cycles for the US, Canada, and Puerto Rico, covering assigned legal entities and employee groups.
  • •Compile payroll data by creating timecard files, running Workday timecard processes, and balancing required totals.
  • •Troubleshoot, resolve, and communicate payroll issues to maintain timely, accurate payroll with minimal errors.
  • •Prepare data into multiple Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) files, test/validate them, and load them into the payroll system.
  • •Respond to internal and external inquiries within established SLA and quality measures, and support process improvement projects.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (preferably in HR, Finance, or Business Management) or equivalent experience.
  • •1 to 3 years of payroll experience, including 1 year in payroll processing.
  • •Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • •Strong communication skills and solid computer proficiency.
  • •Technical knowledge of HR information systems; UKG and Workday experience preferred.
