Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop deep insight into NAND cell physics, variability, and reliability mechanisms across technology nodes and architectures.
  • •Analyze electrical characterization from cell arrays and test structures to identify key limitations and improvement opportunities.
  • •Drive device–array co-optimization (e.g., Vt placement, distribution control, sensing margins) and refine algorithms/trims/waveforms to improve performance, yield, and reliability.
  • •Solve complex system-level problems including interference, retention, endurance, and read/write margin trade-offs.
  • •Apply AI/data-driven engineering with statistical modeling and automation frameworks to accelerate analysis, anomaly detection, predictive modeling, and debug workflows.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
  • •Strong understanding of semiconductor devices and core fundamentals.
  • •Ability to analyze electrical characterization data and interpret trends to identify limitations and improvements.
  • •Strong communication skills and experience working in collaborative, multi-site teams.
  • •Preferred: experience with non-volatile memory (NAND) and device variability/reliability mechanisms, plus exposure to data analysis (e.g., Python/MATLAB/JMP) and statistics.
