•Defend by trial or dispositive hearing for matters assigned.
•Document files in a clear, concise, professional written manner and manage complex instructions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 127,100 - 210,125 annually

Key Requirements

•7+ years of experience in litigation experience on insurance/defense and/or personal injury (REQUIRED).
•Juris Doctor degree (REQUIRED).
•Admission to the California Bar (REQUIRED).
•Must be licensed in good standing to practice law in California and meet/maintain CLE requirements where applicable.
•Must be able to travel as required, including trials, hearings, depositions, and conferences.
