Key Responsibilities

  • •Write and debug reliability test programs for HBM device and package qualification, ensuring full test coverage and addressing potential issues.
  • •Analyze reliability test program issues using root-cause understanding and drive resolution.
  • •Promote innovation by proposing new reliability features/solutions and optimizing reliability-related code infrastructure.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally with Fab, HBM technology development, HBM design, system development, and quality/reliability teams to support development and shipping.
  • •Use statistical tools for engineering data analysis and define/validate interface hardware specifications for new interface boards.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or Computer Science.
  • •At least 3 years of semiconductor experience.
  • •Strong coding skills in Python and/or C++ for writing and debugging reliability test programs.
  • •Solid problem-solving and root-cause methodology for reliability issues, including exploring solution spaces.
  • •Familiarity with CMOS technology, DRAM architecture, and basic device physics, plus exposure to data analysis/statistics tools (e.g., Python/JMP).
