Key Responsibilities

  • •Annually attain a Sales Volume Goal through Private Client Advisors and Private Client Bankers.
  • •Ensure goal attainment by training, coaching, and developing producers for goals-based planning and product selection.
  • •Develop and maintain key partner relationships across retail banking and internal departments including Investment Program Administration and Marketing.
  • •Create action plans for direct reports and the assigned territory, including development and delivery of products across the investment platform.
  • •Coach Private Client Advisors to grow their books of business through advice and planning, referral closing, and leveraging licensed and non-licensed branch personnel.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 112,000 - 210,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5-10+ years of industry sales management experience; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • •Series 7, Series 24, and Series 66 licenses, plus Life & Health Insurance licenses.
  • •Proven ability to recruit, train, develop, coach, and manage sales staff with a track record of strong sales results.
  • •Ability to sell investment products and services, using office equipment, proprietary financial services systems, and Microsoft Office.
  • •Broad knowledge of client and partner needs in the bank-based investment market and ability to motivate others to influence performance outcomes.
