Job Summary

Own the operational backbone of the PM business by managing end-to-end billing and invoicing for a portfolio of projects, with accurate financial tracking and proactive credit control. Support tender and proposal preparation, help manage essential project documentation through tender and contracting, and provide day-to-day administrative support to keep project delivery moving smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage the complete billing cycle for assigned projects, ensuring accuracy against monthly deadlines and project financial terms.
•Maintain accurate project and invoice trackers and collaborate with Project Managers to follow up with clients for on-time payments.
•Assist in crafting competitive proposals and bidding materials by tailoring content to service offerings.
•Facilitate the preparation, organisation, and management of project documents during tender and contracting phases.
•Provide day-to-day operational support, including document execution, correspondence management, and ad-hoc administrative tasks.

Key Requirements

•Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
•1–3 years of experience in operations, project administration, billing/invoicing, or a similar support role, ideally in professional services, construction, or real estate.
•Strong organisational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
•Good numeracy and attention to detail for invoicing and financial tracking.
•Strong communication skills in English and Vietnamese, written and spoken.
