Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and execute procurement category strategy and vendor distribution to improve margins as Quince scales.
  • •Deliver exceptional product cost while balancing product quality and ESG considerations, aligned to should-costing goals.
  • •Structure and run competitive, end-to-end bidding/RFP lifecycle from vendor identification to award; institutionalize repeatable negotiation frameworks.
  • •Build and apply clean sheets for component-level pricing transparency; review and approve optimum-cost solutions for buy events.
  • •Partner with technology and teams to embed procurement capabilities into Vendor Portal/Product Catalog tools and use AI/LLMs to automate procurement and scenario analyses.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience in global procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management in a retail apparel environment.
  • •Proven track record running competitive, end-to-end RFP processes with international manufacturing partners.
  • •Hands-on experience building and leveraging clean sheets to support cost negotiation.
  • •Strong analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision making for procurement decisions.
  • •Technical aptitude leveraging AI-powered platforms (e.g., LLMs) to run scenario analysis and automate procurement tasks.
